How to join the Board of Trustees

BCEP has a track record of delivering practical programmes to improve Bradford's environment. If you wish to become more involved in the governance of BCEP, or if you feel that you have skills, knowledge or contacts that could benefit BCEP's mission and development then please volunteer your services to the Board of Trustees. Meetings usually take place bi-monthly and last up to 2 hours (coffee, tea and biscuits provided).

The Board:-

  • Forms strategic plans.
  • Approves policies.
  • Reviews financial performance against budgets.
  • Receives detailed feedback from a programme each meeting.
  • Receives general feedback from all of the active programmes.
  • Monitors developments in personnel and training.
  • Makes recommendations for the management team.

In a nutshell, the Board of Trustees checks that BCEP keeps to its objectives, delivers lasting environmental improvements and continues to develop sustainable regeneration in Bradford. Please get in contact via the Contact BCEP page.
