Fearnville Creche

SureStart had recently built a new portakabin crèche within the grounds of Fearnville Primary School - unfortunately the groundwork had left unusable land around the crèche, unsuitable for any type of play.

Following consultation with staff and SureStart facilitators, plans and visuals were drawn up to convert the space into a safe, green, play environment.

The toddlers now have a grass play area, planters and a habitat corner, and will soon have a willow igloo to explore.

Since work was completed SureStart have been in contact with the UDT to undertake further projects.
