Bradford Play Consortium

The Bradford Play Consortium is made up of 3 voluntary sector play organisations who work together to promote and deliver play services across the district. We have been collectively funded through Bradford Council Community Funding Unit since 2008. Since then as a result of this funding we have developed the services we offer to children and practitioners from adventurous play provision to play sessions to resource loans.

The Consortium consists of;

• BCEP Adventurous Play Experience (APE) and Scrap Magic programmes,
• The Big Swing Adventure Playground
• The Play Network

From October onwards BCEP (Scrap Magic and APE) have taken over from The Play Network as the lead agent within the Play Consortium. The lead agent  is the organisation who oversees all the work and deals with reporting all our work.BCEP would like to thank The Play Network for their work as lead agent since 2008.
