2009 Service Satisfaction Survey Results

Headline results:
  • BCEP maintains 100% recommendation rate.
  • Overall satisfaction rating of FANTASTIC from 73% of clients.
  • 159 survey forms issued (our largest survey to date) with 134 returns giving a fabulous response rate of 84% (our best result to date, thank you everyone who filled the survey in).
  • Effectiveness rated at GOOD or FANTASTIC = 94% (OUR BEST EVER)
  • Approach rated at GOOD or FANTASTIC = 94%
  • Professionalism rated at GOOD or FANTASTIC = 96% (EQUALLING OUR BEST EVER)
