How to find us
Leave M62 at Junction 26 to join the M606 and go to the
end where you take 3rd exit off the roundabout on to Mayo Avenue (A6177).
At the next major junction filter into the right-hand lane and at the
lights take a right turn on to Manchester Road (A641) and follow towards
the city centre until you reach a roundabout.
Take the 1st exit on to Princess Way and proceed through the next lights
and follow Godwin Street through the next lights on to Westgate. At the
next lights turn right on to Drewton Street and take the 2nd left on to
Manningham Lane. Proceed along Manningham Lane for approximately half
a mile and at the traffic lights junction, turn left on to Marlborough
Road and continue through another set of lights on to Carlisle Road. (More

After the Carlisle Road lights, take the 4th right on to Conduit Street, the 2nd right on to Church Street and right again into the Carlisle Business Centre car park.
